When you have a breakdown, all of the plans pay to fix or replace

Exclusive to Whole and Premium Home subscribers

When you first subscribe with Super, you can schedule a free Maintenance Walk-through. A Super Pro will walk with you through your home and create a report of the appliances and systems you have. You will then receive a personalized report that outlines your home and identifies the things that will need to be done each year.


In addition, we keep you updated each week with maintenance reminders. We’ll let you know that it’s time clean out that chimney, to clear the rain gutters, or to wash the windows before summer. You can do these things yourself, or you can tap into our network and have us arrange them for you.

We’ll give you guidelines and notify you when it’s time to:

  • Change the air filters
  • Check fire extinguishers
  • Clean gutters
  • Service heating and cooling system
  • Clean dryer exhaust pipe to prevent fire
  • Drain hot water heater to remove sediment
  • Clean condenser coils and cooling fans
  • Check and clean gaskets

and many more.

When can I request service?

Immediately. We will coordinate a high quality service or repair through our Concierge service as soon as you become a member. Coverage for repairs or replacement on covered appliances and systems begins thirty days after you purchase your subscription.

Do you cover pre-existing conditions?

Yes, we do cover unknown pre-existing conditions. However, we are not able to cover known pre-existing conditions; for those, we are happy to arrange for a high quality servicer to complete repairs at a reasonable price after you purchase your subscription.

How often can I schedule service?

There is no cap to the number of service appointments you can schedule with Super. We're here to help you care for your home, whether you prefer annual check-ups or monthly maintenance.

Are secondary appliances or systems included in coverage?

Our subscription plans include coverage for one unit per category (e.g. one refrigerator, one HVAC) because the likelihood of a breakdown in both units in a particular category the same year is extremely small. If you would like to include additional units, please contact our customer experience team.
